We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our well-established, four-doctor small animal practice in beautiful Stamford, Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day hospital operations
Support, coach, and develop team members
Partner with DVMs to drive medical and financial performance
Optimize scheduling and workflow as hours expand
Foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented culture
Monitor KPIs, budgeting, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Veterinary hospital management experience (required)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience managing budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
Ability to balance culture, accountability, and growth
Passion for client service and high-quality patient care
