About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our well-established, four-doctor small animal practice in beautiful Stamford, Connecticut. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving hospital poised for its next phase of growth. With a strong four-doctor team, experienced technicians, and plans to expand operating hours, we are looking for a leader ready to build, innovate, and help drive the hospital’s continued success.

About Our Hospital

Key Responsibilities 

    • Lead day-to-day hospital operations 

    • Support, coach, and develop team members 

    • Partner with DVMs to drive medical and financial performance 

    • Optimize scheduling and workflow as hours expand 

    • Foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented culture 

    • Monitor KPIs, budgeting, and operational efficiency 

 

Qualifications 

    • Veterinary hospital management experience (required) 

    • Strong leadership and team development skills 

    • Experience managing budgets, staffing, and performance metrics 

    • Ability to balance culture, accountability, and growth 

    • Passion for client service and high-quality patient care
